  I have always just had run of the mill insurance companies. I used to shop for the cheapest insurance I could find. BUT, now I can speak with absolute certainty that the benefits of working with such a reputable company, such as State Farm are invaluable. Since purchasing State Farm Insurance my amounts and benefits have gone up and my actual insurance cost has gone down. I was involved in a serious accident on 02/4/2016 that I was clearly and easily determined to be not at fault. A quick call to my State Farm insurance agent the next day on 02/05/16 and they started the process of handling the claim. It was determined that my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I was informed immediately of this decision and the process of closing this claim was explained thoroughly. I received a call to pick up my settlement check on 2/10/16. They promptly took lead on this claim and they are working behind the scenes to pursue the other insurance agency for subrogation. Ms Mindy Deno took the time and made personal effort to check on my health and status of my claim. That doesn’t happen with all insurance companies and/or agencies! Her staff have been incredibly easy to work with, pleasant and 100% approachable. They are a 6 star company on a 5 star scale! I absolutely value and am proud to have Ms.Deno and State Farm as my agent and carrier printed on my insurance card!
