- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred here from Sagamore Meadows Dentistry because I wanted a second opinion, and thank goodness I did! Dr. Krueger was wonderful - informative, helpful and straight-to-the-point. I came to Dr. Krueger for a consultation regarding a wisdom teeth extraction and a second opinion about my general dental health. LifeSmiles took the extra initiative and pulled my insurance. They gave me an estimate and break-down of every single thing that I would be charged for, which took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Dr. Krueger noticed decay in a previous filling that I had had as a child, which my previous dentist did not see. Had I not come to LifeSmiles, this decay could have gone untreated! Unacceptable! Instead of talking only with his assistant in "dental jargon," Dr. Krueger explained to me exactly what he was doing, and even had me hold a mirror so that I could see what was going on. I now feel like I am in the right hands. I would absolutely recommend LifeSmiles to my friends and family. UPDATE 9/15/2017: I had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday by Dr. Krueger, and he was absolutely wonderful. I have never had any kind of surgery before this. I have extreme anxiety, and needles especially freak me out. Dr. Krueger cracked jokes and warned me so I wouldn't see the needle. Plus he and his staff sang me the ABCs during the anesthesia injections. I'm almost 22, so I am very thankful for them going above and beyond to make me comfortable even though it was a little silly. The staff was thorough in explaining after care instructions, and I received a follow up call this morning to check and see how I was doing. I was ensured that if I need something over the weekend that I can call and leave a message for the doctor in case of an emergency. I would 100% recommend Dr. Krueger to anybody.
